The best way to reach Bergen TV is by email: info@bergentv.com. We read every message.

News tips and documents

Know about something happening in your Bergen County town, school district, police department or county government? Email info@bergentv.com with “Tip” in the subject line.

Tell us what happened, where and when, and who was involved.
Attach any documents, photos or video you have, such as agendas, letters, notices, contracts or public records. PDFs and images are fine.
If a record is public but you don’t have it, tell us what it is and which agency holds it. We can request it under New Jersey’s Open Public Records Act (OPRA).
Tell us how to reach you if we have questions.

Anonymous tips are welcome. We never publish a tipster’s identity without consent. We verify tips against records or on-the-record sources before we report them, and we don’t publish a tip on someone’s word alone.

Corrections

Think we got something wrong? Email info@bergentv.com with “Correction” in the subject line, a link to the story, what you believe is wrong, and any document that shows it. Our Corrections Policy explains how we handle it.

Press releases and announcements

Municipalities, agencies, schools and organizations can send press releases, meeting notices and announcements to info@bergentv.com. We use them as a starting point for reporting, not as finished stories.

Advertising

For advertising, email info@bergentv.com with “Advertise” in the subject line. Advertising is kept separate from news decisions, as described in our Ethics Policy.
