Bergen County Senior Picnic Festival Set for Thursday in Paramus

Bergen County’s annual Senior Picnic Festival will take place Thursday at Van Saun Park in Paramus.

The free event is open to all county residents age 60 and older. It is hosted by County Executive Jim Tedesco, the Bergen County Board of Commissioners, and the county’s Division of Senior Services under the Department of Human Services.

Event Details

The picnic runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Transportation can be arranged by contacting county officials in advance. Special accommodations are also available upon request.

Registration and Rain Date

Interested residents must register in advance using a provided QR code or online link. The rain date for the event is the following Tuesday.

The current forecast calls for sunshine and a high near 68 degrees.
