Moody’s Ratings has reaffirmed Bergen County’s Aaa credit rating, the highest rating the agency awards. The rating reflects the county’s growing economy, strengthening financial position, and solid financial management.
Announcement Details
Bergen County Executive James J. Tedesco, III and the Board of County Commissioners announced the rating action. Moody’s also assigned a MIG 1 rating to the county’s guaranteed notes.
